Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
SAVENER PROYECTOS, S.A. is responsible for processing the personal data of the USER and affirms that they shall be processed in accordance with the stipulations laid down in EU Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and organic law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).´
What do we process your personal data for?
To maintain a commercial relation with the user. The actions envisaged from the processing are:
- To send advertising messages by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical medium, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These messages will be handled by the OWNER in connection with its products and services, or collaborators and suppliers with whom it has agreed on promotional activities. In this case, the third parties shall never have access to personal data.
- To carry out market research and statistical analysis.
- To process orders, requests, respond to enquiries or any type of query raised by the USER through any of the various means of contact made available on the web site of the OWNER.
- To send the online news bulletin with new items, special offers and promotions for our business.
Why do we process your personal data?
Because this processing is permitted under article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the consent of the USER: sending commercial messages and the news bulletin.
- For the legitimate interest of the OWNER: to make market studies, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. from the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will not be kept for longer than necessary to ensure the end of processing and legal requirements that specify when custody is needed or not, after which they will be eliminated using appropriate security measures to ensure that data anonymity and its complete destruction.
Who will we send your data to?
There is no plan to disclose personal data to third parties except when this is necessary to comply with the preparation and performance of the reasons for the processing, with our providers of communication services with whom the OWNER has signed confidentiality agreements and contracts to carry out the processing as demanded under current privacy law.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The rights of access, rectification, portability, suppression of data and limiting or opposition to their processing.
- The right to submit a claim to the regulatory authority (www.aepd.es) if the processing is considered to diverge from current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked by an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in the download forms, USERS openly accept, freely and explicitly, that this information is necessary to enable the provider to respond to their request, and that the data to be included in the other fields are optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data submitted to the OWNER are true and accepts responsibility for informing of any change to the same.
The OWNER states that all the data requested on the web site are obligatory, because they are needed to provide the USER with an optimal service. If the data provided is incomplete, it cannot be assured that the information and services provided are fully adapted to the needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the specifications of current law on the protection of personal data, the OWNER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD rules on the processing of personal data for which it has responsibility, and with the principles contained in article 5 of the GDPR. They are therefore processed legitimately, honestly and transparently in relation with the interested parties and in a suitable, appropriate and limited way as required in relation with the purposes for which the processing is undertaken.
The OWNER guarantees the implementation of suitable technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures specified by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has sent them the information necessary to apply them.
