SAVENER wins a new project for Airbus in Cádiz: Training and Innovation at the service of aeronautics

Savener has been awarded a new project for Airbus Operations S.L. at its factory in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). This project combines technical training, cutting-edge technology and specialised intervention in an industrial environment.

This is a Design & Build contract, developed in collaboration with our partner MOLPERSA, in which we provide comprehensive services in all phases of the project, including:

•    Basic project

•    Building permit application

•    Comprehensive project management

•    Execution project

•    Project management

•    Legalisation of facilities

•    Preparation of as-built documentation

This project combines technical training, cutting-edge technology and specialised intervention in an industrial environment

Package 1 – Training Centre for Aircraft Mechanics

We are designing a new building of approximately 400 m², with capacity for 30 students in specialised technical training. The centre will include:

• A mechanics workshop that simulates real production conditions,

• An interactive tour for experiential learning,

• Fully equipped multimedia classrooms and meeting rooms.

The building and its activities will be certified, allowing the training provided to be internationally recognised.

Package 2 – Renovation of industrial station for ultrasound machine

This second package involves the structural and installation modification of an existing station within a production warehouse. The aim is to adapt the space for the installation of an ultrasound machine, used in testing and verification of aeronautical components.

This is a technically complex intervention, requiring a high level of coordination, detail and compliance with aeronautical standards.

We continue to add value with tailor-made solutions in highly demanding environments, combining technical expertise, rigour and commitment.
