Savener has been awarded the contract for the comprehensive renovation of the roof of the iconic and important Training Center building at the AIRBUS factory in San Pablo Sur (Seville), as part of its global infrastructure modernization plan. This strategic and highly complex project aims to mitigate structural leakage issues, improve energy efficiency, and renovate the building’s image, while ensuring that training and office activities continue to operate without interruption.
The challenge lies in coordinating all the work in an active environment, where advanced planning, logistical control, and technical supervision are essential. Savener will apply its integrated execution methodology, ensuring safety, operational continuity, and precision in each phase.
Precision engineering and applied technology. The project is being designed by Savener with an advanced technical approach, using digital simulations to accurately assess the intervention and optimize times. Sustainable solutions with high-performance materials, state-of-the-art thermal insulation, and improved systems.
Total control of the process: supplier traceability, execution according to specific criteria, and comprehensive supervision as AIRBUS’s reference engineering, all developed alongside SERVEO’s experience gained through years of joint collaboration working in the factory’s various hangars.
This intervention is in line with similar actions that have already been successfully implemented, consolidating Savener’s role as a trusted technical partner for the maintenance department. Value engineering will be provided, with each technical solution meeting criteria of functionality, durability, and optimized operating costs. Efficiency, design, and commitment to transformation Beyond the technical solution, the project is committed to improving the visual and functional aspects of the building, reinforcing its presence on the industrial campus and improving accessibility and safety on the roof.
Savener will lead not only the design, but also the management and supervision of the work. With this new project, Savener reaffirms its commitment to a key initiative that reinforces its position as a technical benchmark in the aeronautical and industrial sector.
