Savener took part as a guest speaker at the Round Table organized by Schneider Electric’s EcoXpert under the theme “The Energy Revolution: Innovation, Talent and Sustainability to Shape the Future.” The event brought together key representatives from the energy, technology and industrial sectors to reflect on the direction our infrastructures, organizations and business models must take in the face of an unprecedented transition.
The session was attended by Aurelio Pérez Martín, CEO of SAVENER, and Higinia Pérez, Director of Operations for the QinetIA & FullRobots divisions, who conveyed the company’s vision on the major energy, digital, and cultural challenges that will define the immediate future.
During the discussion, critical issues were addressed, such as the current state of decarbonization in Andalusia and Spain, the impact of emerging regulatory and financial frameworks on the business fabric, and the urgency of ensuring the resilience of the energy system in a scenario increasingly reliant on decentralized renewable sources. Savener emphasized the importance of adopting an integrated approach that combines technological innovation with social and environmental sustainability, advocating for tangible, engineering-based solutions.
The conversation also highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence and other digital technologies in how projects are conceived and executed. SAVENER shared its experience in applying advanced AI to improve design, management and maintenance processes, stressing how this technology enables more informed, precise and sustainable decision-making.
Another key point was the cultural transformation needed to consolidate this progress. The importance of building organizational cultures that foster internal innovation, attract committed talent, and inspire new ways of thinking and working was underscored. Both Aurelio Pérez Martín and Higinia Pérez agreed that people are the true engine of change, and that the success of any transformation begins with a shared vision and strong commitment to the future.
