Savener has been awarded the contract for the comprehensive development of Element’s new advanced technology facility in Seville, a strategic initiative aimed at enabling high-performance infrastructure for laboratory, testing, and validation activities.
The award reinforces Element’s confidence in Savener’s technical and organizational solvency to lead complex industrial projects with a global, structured, and results-oriented approach, from conceptual definition to final commissioning.
The scope of the contract includes the drafting of the Conceptual Design, Basic Project, and Execution Project, as well as assistance in the construction company bidding process, project management, support during commissioning, and the management of licenses and legalizations. It is, therefore, a comprehensive assignment covering the entire project cycle, ensuring technical consistency, risk control, and traceability at each stage.
The project will be developed on a plot of approximately 9,000 m², with a total built area of around 5,000 m², which will be transformed to house a highly specialized environment: clean rooms, physical-chemical laboratories, mechanical testing areas, hydraulic and pneumatic infrastructures, and advanced HVAC and fire protection systems, designed
Savener will provide a multidisciplinary team with experience in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical installations, HVAC, industrial layout, and technical coordination. The execution will be supported by integrated engineering and coordination processes, with intensive use of BIM methodology to develop a complete digital model of the asset, improving design accuracy, construction efficiency, and preparation for the operational phase.
