SAVENER promotes the adaptation of AIRBUS’s Hangar D in Tablada for the Eurodrone programme

000 principal

Savener continues to consolidate its role as a strategic partner of AIRBUS in the modernisation of its facilities, with the progress of the adaptation works in two areas of Hangar D at the Tablada factory (Seville). This project, which began a few months ago according to the established schedule, is aimed at creating an office module and another for toilets and changing rooms that will directly support the demanding and strategic Eurodrone programme, which will be developed later in a second work package also currently being developed by Savener engineering.

The work is being carried out on a comprehensive project designed by Savener, which applies the latest technologies and relies on BIM methodology as a basic tool for the design, modelling and control of each phase. This work philosophy, common to all the company’s projects, guarantees a high degree of precision, efficiency and traceability.

Efficient, flexible and integrated design

The new space has been designed to optimise functionality and adaptability, integrating harmoniously with future production areas. SAVENER is leading the supervision and control of the work, thoroughly verifying that the execution criteria, agreed deadlines and fidelity to the approved project are met.

Key design features include: Comprehensive control of construction and coordination processes; Energy efficiency through optimised lighting and air conditioning systems; Architectural integration with existing infrastructure; Precise modelling using BIM methodology for rigorous project coordination; Lighting and thermal simulations carried out to maximise comfort and energy savings; Selection of sustainable materials, with technical and structural justifications that reinforce durability and performance; and Value engineering, always seeking the best balance between cost, quality and functionality.

Commitment and projection

With this project, Savener continues to reinforce its commitment to the customer by adding value in the integration of energy efficiency, the visual improvement of buildings and respect for the safety and accessibility of workers. In addition, it incorporates added architectural value that enhances the image and functionality of the Airbus facilities, consolidating the basis for new challenges within its industrial renewal strategy.

This progress in the work not only represents a decisive step for the Eurodrone programme, but also a new opportunity to integrate the innovative vision of an engineering company that reinforces its position as a preferred partner in AIRBUS’ most strategic projects.
