In this building various passive systems were adequately combined thanks to an appropriate bioclimatic architecture and highly efficient active systems. Decisions were always made by a multidisciplinary team in a global perspective. Renewable Energies such as Micro wind, Solar Thermal, PV and Biomass were integrated. The energy consumption is reduced by a 76.4% compared to a normal building of the same characteristics. This building was selected to participate in the World Sustainable Building Conference held in Tokyo, Japan in the year 2005.
