For what was created  "Not Sustainable", the course to follow is that of a thorough analysis of its present operation,  its cladding, its systems and of the complex as a user of resources, basically energy and water. Once we know all details we must design a set of profitable modifications, extensions and improvements, in order to convert the complex into a highly sustainable and efficient one. The investment return for the improvements must support itself on the savings or advantages generated.
